My partnerships with solution providers mean I can offer consultancy to your company at no charge.

Q: What makes you different from the Big Four?

Other consultancies want to get into your company, stay there as long as possible and get their people used for as long as possible. I want to come into your company and stay for as short a time as possible because it’s free, and the incentive for me is to work with as many customers as possible and not embed in there.

Q: How long do you provide free consultancy for?

I help you focus on outcomes, so the time I spend with you is based on what you're trying to achieve. This would be shorter if your outcome is improved performance on a single machine or line, and longer if it's the digital transformation of your whole business.

Q: What information do you share with solution providers?

I'm generally booked a few months in advance. I'm currently booking workshops for Q1 2026.
